Founder & Academic Director

Min founded Ancourage Academy with a passion for personalised education. With over 11 years of teaching experience across diverse backgrounds, she specialises in mathematics education across primary, secondary and JC levels.

Founder & Art Programmes Lead

As the Founder of Art by Ancourage, Angie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Fine Arts) studied at LASALLE College of the Arts and awarded by Goldsmiths, University of London. She specialises in art education for all ages — from Crafty Corner programmes to professional portfolio and DSA preparation — and teaches across four languages (English, Chinese, Malay, and Korean).

Early Childhood & Primary Education Specialist

Charmaine specialises in early childhood and primary education, bringing patience, structure, and warmth to every lesson. She leads preschool programmes and primary-level instruction with a focus on building strong foundations.

Economics & Mathematics Educator

Gabriel is a dedicated educator with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from NTU Singapore. He brings analytical rigour and real-world application to his teaching, specialising in economics and mathematics for secondary and JC students.

STEM Educator

Syafiq combines a computer science background with hands-on teaching to make Science and coding accessible for primary and secondary students at Ancourage Academy. He builds Python games and sensor-based experiments with students, connecting abstract concepts to real applications they can see and interact with.

AI & Computer Science Educator

Archer leads the AI Workshops at Ancourage Academy, helping students, parents, educators, and professionals learn to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot confidently, creatively, and honestly. He combines a background in marketing and design with a focus on computer science and artificial intelligence, and teaches practical, jargon-free AI skills grounded in how these tools are actually used in study and work.

Art Teacher

Nurul Syifaa is an Art Teacher at Art by Ancourage, where she teaches the full Art curriculum — from Crafty Corner for the youngest students through to DSA portfolio preparation — and helps students develop technique alongside their own visual voice. A graduate of Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) with four years of classroom experience, she focuses on the fundamentals, composition, colour and choice of medium, that let students eventually work independently. She also practises videography and photography, and brings a photographer's attention to framing and light into the studio.

Woodlands Centre Manager & Teacher

Aurelia manages Ancourage Academy's Woodlands centre and teaches Chinese there from Kindergarten and Science from IB PYP Kindergarten or MOE Primary 3, both through to JC and IB Biology and Chemistry. A Biomedical Science graduate of La Trobe University, she is quick to find where a student's understanding breaks down.
