Common questions
- When are PSLE 2026 results released?
- PSLE 2026 results are tentatively released on 24 to 25 November 2026. After the written papers, Primary 1 to 5 pupils have several days with no school for PSLE marking — these marking days are notified by your child’s school, not published by MOE or SEAB as a single national date. The exact oral, listening and written-paper dates are in the SEAB PSLE exam timetable. Always confirm against MOE and SEAB.
- When do the 2026 GCE O-Level / SEC results come out?
- 2026 GCE O-Level (Singapore-Cambridge Secondary Education Certificate, SEC, from 2027) results are tentatively released on 13 to 15 January 2027. N-Level results are tentative for 17 to 21 December 2026, and A-Level results for 19 to 23 February 2027. Result dates are tentative until MOE and SEAB confirm them closer to the date.
- When is the DSA-Sec 2026 application window?
- The DSA-Sec 2026 application window ran from 6 May to 2 June 2026 (now closed) for Primary 6 pupils seeking entry to Secondary 1 in 2027. Schools release outcomes by 28 August 2026, and applicants submit their school-preference ranking by 23 October 2026 alongside their PSLE results.
- When is the Polytechnic EAE for the 2027 intake?
- The 2026 Polytechnic Early Admissions Exercise (EAE) feeds the AY2027 intake. The O-Level student application window is 25 June to 1 July 2026, the final-year ITE student window is 11 to 17 June 2026, and the working-adult window is 1 to 28 June 2026. Note the cycle year (2026) differs from the intake year (2027).
- Why are 2027 dates not shown here?
- MOE publishes the following year’s school terms and holidays around end-August, and most 2027 exam and admission windows are not yet announced. We do not publish dates MOE and SEAB have not released — unannounced items are listed separately below so you know what to check for later rather than relying on a guessed date.
