In Singapore, we teach ChatGPT in 27 of our topic workshops, open to Kids (Primary, ~8–12), Students (Secondary / JC), Working Adults & Professionals, Parents & Family, Educators & Tutors and Seniors (50+). Each is a 2-hour, small-group, hands-on session at our Bishan or Woodlands centre or live online, and every topic is listed below with what you will do in it.
What it is. ChatGPT is a popular AI chatbot made by OpenAI. You type a question or request in plain language and it replies — helping you write, explain ideas, plan, brainstorm, and check your understanding.
Who it's for. Anyone who wants to use ChatGPT well and responsibly — students revising, professionals clearing work, parents supporting learning, and seniors getting started. We tailor the session to your level.
How ChatGPT compares. Google Gemini can connect to Google apps such as Gmail and Google Calendar, and Microsoft 365 Copilot works inside Word, Excel and Outlook; ChatGPT, by contrast, is the general-purpose assistant our workshops use for everyday writing, study help and ideas. The age rules differ too: OpenAI’s terms set a minimum age of 13, with a parent or guardian’s permission under 18, unlike Anthropic’s Claude, which requires every account holder to be at least 18.
Every workshop ends with something you made yourself — a project, tool or site you keep.
