P1 Maths tuition at Ancourage Academy in Bishan and Woodlands, Singapore. Primary 1 children learn number bonds, place value, and times tables (2, 3, 4, 5, 10) — the building blocks for all future Mathematics. In our small classes of 3-6 students, P1 children develop number sense and mental calculation skills through MOE-aligned weekly 1.5-hour lessons.

Our Bishan centre is 10 minutes on foot from Bishan MRT (NS17/CC15, North-South and Circle Lines). Our Woodlands centre at Vista Point is 5 minutes from Woodlands South MRT (TE3, Thomson-East Coast Line). Primary 1 students from Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Primary, Catholic High Primary, Ai Tong School and Woodlands Primary, Admiralty Primary, Greenwood Primary, Innova Primary attend regularly.
Our small-group classes are intentionally kept between 3 and 6 students so every learner receives close guidance, timely feedback, and ample practice.
Each lesson is 1.5 hours, providing ample time for thorough coverage of topics and interactive learning.
Yes. All lesson materials and worksheets are provided and included in the fees. Students should bring regular stationery and, where applicable, school textbooks/workbooks for reference.
Yes. Our materials and pacing align with the MOE syllabus. External syllabuses (e.g. IGCSE, IB) are available upon request.
