Sec 1 G2 Maths Tuition

G2 Mathematics focuses on practical number work, guided algebra, and real-world applications with more scaffolding. G3 covers the same topics at greater depth with more abstract reasoning and complex problem-solving. Both lead to SEC examinations at their respective levels.

Yes. Schools assess at the end of each year, and students achieving 75% or higher in the subject (a commonly published threshold — each school sets its own criteria) may level up to G3. Our tuition strengthens foundational skills and builds the confidence needed for this transition.

Our small classes (3-6 students) create a supportive environment where students can ask questions without pressure. We use concrete examples, visual aids, and progressive difficulty to rebuild confidence and make maths feel achievable.

G2 students can progress to polytechnic, ITE, or level up to G3 subjects for O-Level preparation. Strong results in Mathematics support diverse post-secondary pathways, including JC (via G3 level-up). Our tuition builds both skills and confidence for any direction. Yes — our Bishan centre is a 10-minute walk from Bishan MRT (Circle and North-South Lines). Sec 1 students from Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Secondary, Catholic High Secondary, Raffles Institution and surrounding schools attend our G2 Mathematics classes. We also have a Woodlands centre for families in the North. Book a trial class at Bishan.

Our small-group classes are intentionally kept between 3 and 6 students so every learner receives close guidance, timely feedback, and ample practice.

Each lesson is 2 hours, providing ample time for thorough coverage of topics and interactive learning.

Yes. All lesson materials and worksheets are provided and included in the fees. Students should bring regular stationery and, where applicable, school textbooks/workbooks for reference.

Yes. Our materials and pacing align with the MOE syllabus. External syllabuses (e.g. IGCSE, IB) are available upon request.

This course covers G2 (mapped from Normal Academic standard) Mathematics under Singapore's Full Subject-Based Banding (Full SBB). We also support students at other G-levels. Contact us to discuss your child's current G-level and the best class arrangement.
